My name is Janice Henderson. I’m a teacher, tour guide, skate patroller, guider and volunteer MFR. My very active life full of wonderful jobs wouldn’t be possible without paramedics to support me, and I owe them a immense debt of gratitude as a result.
In order to raise awareness and support for all the work that paramedics do, I am riding in the 2019 Paramedic Ride to support the Canadian Paramedic Memorial Foundation. The foundation is building a monument dedicated to the 53 Canadian Paramedics who have lost their lives in the line-of-duty thus far. The Ride also creates community and raises awareness for the very common mental health injuries that our first responders face far too often.
Please help me in this very important cause and consider donating and sharing this page on social media with family, friends, colleagues, and anyone you meet. All donations will receive a charitable receipt. Thank you so much for your generous support!
